Growing up, I remember being told not to play with my food, but guess what? Got this idea from a Facebook post, and since a lot of people I know started doing it....^_____^

Cafe Sabel - BENCAB (Baguio) Benguet

Deep beneath the magnificent artwork and collection of Benedicto Cabrerea (BENCAB) lies a hidden paradise that would amaze everyone who seeks great food, relaxation, nature, fresh air, peace and tranquility (and animals ^_^). We were lucky enough to even experience being engulfed in a sea of clouds. Too bad our food was not ready yet. Otherwise, it would be a once in a lifetime experience to dine-in covered with fog.

The home-made longanisa was delicious as well as the Grilled Pork Chop w/ Rosemary. The Spicy Tuyo Pasta was very tasty.

The freshly brewed, home grown coffee and the Cucumber juice were both great.

We all agreed that this is a place we would frequently visit every time we are in Baguio. We will certainly recommend Cafe Sabel.

We ordered:
- Nasi Goreng
- Boneless Chicken with Tomato and Eggplant
- Bangus Fillet with Thai Mango Salad
- Petchay and Mushroom in Oyster Sauce

- Roti with Ice Cream and Peaches (we think this is supposed to be good for 1 but maybe out of generosity they made it good for 4 persons for the price of one)

Chef's Home in Baguio is one of the most delectable Thai/Malaysian fusion restaurant in the Philippines. With every taste very unique with its effective seasoning.
