And now, it's finally here in the Philippines. A branch at Greenhills Promenade. It just opened a few months ago, and sure enough, it is a big hit!
Before heading to Makati for a dinner reservation, My family and I decided to drop by at Greenhills and try this latest Manila craze. My sister had already tried it, so she knew what I should order first.
For me, I requested a large Green Tea with Rock Salt and Cheese! ^_^ ^_^ YUMMMM! According to my sister, it is the best seller. For first timers like me, the staff will teach you how to enjoy it. You do not consume it using a straw, NO! And you Should Not mix/stir it! You simply sip/drink it and then lick your upper lip. That way, you could enjoy the sweet, salty, creamy, cheesy flavor of the mixture on top ^_^
BTW, I am not sure, but despite it's name--my sister and I agreed that instead of Green Tea, they used Jasmine Tea. I know the taste of Jasmine...
Price: Php 90 (Large) 100% Sweet
For my dad, we ordered a large, 0% sweetness, Lemon Yakult. Yes, they do mix it with Yakult ^_^. For me it tasted more like mild yogurt. It is refreshing.
Price: Php 100
We got our mom a large, 0% sweetness, Perilla Fruit Tea. And it's good! I think it also contained tiny pearl sago. The taste was very refreshing, maybe because of the fruity flavor.
Price: Php 80
For my sister, she ordered a very delicious Roasted Milk Tea with Adzuki Bean and Pudding. It's good. It tasted like, pudding but with a hint of Milk Tea.
Price: Php 100 (Large) 100% sweetness

Actually, I was worried that I might get reprimanded. But, I guess they were too busy to notice me. That day, the place was jam packed.
